Getting Started as an Administrator

Local Login

Note

This feature is presently in development.

A local server administrator account will be made with the username admin and the password set in the .env file upon first initialisation.

Data Central

Ensure you have the cluster-admin role.

Notebook creation and deployment

At present, use https://github.com/FAIMS/faims3-temp-notebook-migrator. Ensure the calling template has appropriate python3.10 virtual environment with installed requirements from the migrator.
